Base Plate and Frame for Graphics 3 x 6 inch

A Base Plate is an Interchangeable Hitch Cover minus the receiver insert.

The base plate and frame come with a bolt kit. You can put different graphics on each base plate and then easily change them out. For example: Have five base plates with a different holiday on each one, then change them out during that holiday.

Does not come with a receiver insert.
