A Base Plate is an Interchangeable Hitch Cover minus the receiver insert.
The base plate and frame come with a bolt kit. You can put different graphics on each base plate and then easily change them out. For example: Have five base plates with a different holiday graphics on each one, then change them out during that holiday. The hole in the base plate is designed so that you can hang them up on a hook in your garage to store. You can also put this in the back window of your car if you do not have a hitch receiver.
